Information you submit through the application form on our careers page or by email:
Identity and contact: first and last name, email address, phone number, city
Professional details: position applied for, years of experience, education and work history, cover letter
CV: the CV file you upload and the information in it
Transaction security: IP address and application time
Please do not include information unrelated to the position or special categories of personal data in your CV, such as health data, religion, association memberships or a photograph.

Collection method and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the careers form on our website and by email, and is processed under Article 5(2) of the law on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion of an employment contract (c) and our legitimate interests (f); keeping it after your application is concluded is based on the explicit consent you give when applying (Article 5(1)).
Transfer of personal data
Your application is viewed only by NEVCON employees involved in recruitment and is not shared with third parties. It is stored on the servers of our website hosting provider and may be transferred to competent public authorities under our legal obligations. CV files are kept in a non-public area with restricted access.
Retention
Your application is kept during the evaluation and for a maximum of one year after it is concluded, so that you can be considered for suitable positions; your CV and application details are then deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and erasure or destruction under Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your request in writing, together with information identifying you, to Beştepe Mah. Yaşam Cad. No: 13/A Neorama İş Merkezi Kat: 18 No: 81, Söğütözü, Yenimahalle / Ankara, or by email from an address registered with us to info@nevcon.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; where the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
