Identity: first and last name
Contact: email address, phone number, city
Professional and company details: company name, position, field of activity, references and, if provided, a company profile file
Request details: the service or product you are interested in, project information and message content

Collection method and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, email and phone, and is processed under Article 5(2) of the law on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to suppliers providing our website hosting, email and IT services, to our business partners to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, and to authorised public authorities under our legal obligations. Where our service providers’ servers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the law.
Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires. Concluded contact and quote requests and evaluated solution partner applications are kept for a maximum of two years; records that turn into a commercial relationship are retained for the periods required by law (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, etc.). At the end of the period, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and erasure or destruction under Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your request in writing, together with information identifying you, to Beştepe Mah. Yaşam Cad. No: 13/A Neorama İş Merkezi Kat: 18 No: 81, Söğütözü, Yenimahalle / Ankara, or by email from an address registered with us to info@nevcon.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; where the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
